This handmade lamb plushie holds a special place in my heart. My daughter adored it during her toddler years—it was her go-to cuddle buddy!

She’s grown up a bit since then, and our little lamb has seen plenty of love (and wear). Still, it’s been such a sweet and cherished friend over the years. If you’re looking to make a heartfelt gift for a child, this one’s a winner.

Want to turn your lamb plush into a soothing snuggle blanket? I’ve got you covered with a matching comfort blanket version right here:

For this lamb stuffed animal crochet pattern I have used a combination of a cotton yarn for the face, feet, hands and ears and a cosy chenille yarn for the head and body. The yarn is a chunky chenille yarn from Paintbox and one of my absolute faves!. You could use any yarn similar to make this little lovey , I would suggest some of the following yarns.

Paintbox

Sirdar

For the face, any DK weight cotton yarn will work.

To make this cute crochet lamb stuffed animal you will need the following materials:

Yarn: Chenille yarn and cotton yarn
